Workshop: Summer Curriculum Writing
Workshop Description
Are you writing a World Languages Curriculum this summer and want some guidance? Join other teachers to learn, collaborate and work through challenges. This 15-hour, asynchronous workshop will be facilitated by Amy St. Arnaud. Amy has written and updated curriculums for grades 6 - 12 to align to state standards, ACTFL and the Seal of Biliteracy. There will be three modules. Each module will have an optional google meet as well as a discussion board to share ideas and challenges. Those who have taken this workshop in the past are welcome to join as the discussions change as the group does! Going back to these readings is also a good practice. Conducted in English.
Workshop Delivery
Online weekly learning modules, collaborative discussion boards, optional virtual sessions and instructor feedback. This workshop is not self-paced.
Students who matriculate into an Instructor-Facilitated workshop should adhere to the dates listed on the website. Final coursework should be submitted within one week after the workshop end date. Workshop extensions beyond one week are subject to a $50 fee.
