Central States Languages for All is dedicated to empowering educators through meaningful opportunities that advance the global teaching and learning of languages and cultures. Guided by a vision of a connected global community, their FY27-FY29 Strategic Plan focuses on three core pillars: Advocacy and Outreach to fortify stakeholder relationships, Current and Future Programming to provide engaging professional learning, and IDEA Initiatives to foster a more inclusive, diverse, and accessible environment for all world language professionals.

Both Central States and Idioma Education & Consulting share a fundamental commitment to the professional growth of world language educators and the advancement of global cultural competence. While Central States champions "Languages for All" through advocacy and bridges the gap between vision and practice via their annual and summer conferences, Idioma extends this mission by providing the high-quality coursework and state-approved* professional development teachers need to transform that inspiration into tangible career advancement. Teachers can earn graduate-level credit and professional development hours to meet licensure and certification requirements, achieve salary milestones (such as Master’s +15 or +30), or complete an M.Ed.
